Lead Pastor
Matt & Ursula Gutierrez
Pastor Matt and Ursula have been serving in vocational ministry for nearly two decades. Both have served with prolific churches, including some of the fastest growing churches in the country. With a heart for the Medina Valley area, they started Discover Church in September 2020. Under their leadership, the church has grown to over 1000 people in two locations.
Campus Pastor
Ric Steinert
We adopted the Lytle Campus in September of 2024. Since, we took on the campus, the weekly attendance has doubled. Pastor Ric stepped into the full time Campus Pastor role in 2025.
Our Ministries
Kids
We offer safe, fun, and age appropriate kids experiences every Sunday during all services. All volunteers are background checked and approved to work with our kids. Discover Kids will learn the Bible in a way they can understand.
Youth
We offer a service for students 6th-12th grade every 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month where they can learn about God and make friends!
Adults & Families
We are a church that values community for people in all stages of life. There are lots of opportunity for connection and community throughout our women’s, men’s, and senior adult ministries!
